Set the recurring slot
Pick one slot you rarely skip (e.g., Sat 10:00–11:30). Put it on your calendar with an alert.
The 3-part block
Run this every time:
- 15 min: skim notes and set one micro-goal (what will be different after 90 minutes?).
- 60 min: focused practice on a single exercise or module—no tab hopping.
- 15 min: write 3 bullets of what you learned and one next action.
Measure only consistency
Track “Did I complete the block?” weekly. After 4 weeks, raise difficulty or add a second block.
