The 3-part block

Run this every time:
  • 15 min: skim notes and set one micro-goal (what will be different after 90 minutes?).
  • 60 min: focused practice on a single exercise or module—no tab hopping.
  • 15 min: write 3 bullets of what you learned and one next action.

Measure only consistency
